Protection
Plan
Customer is responsible for providing proof
of liability and property damage insurance. Customer shall insure rented
equipment for its full value against physical damage and loss, including
vandalism and theft. If insurance is not provided, customer must pay for
the applicable Damage Waiver as per the rental agreement.
Delivery
All rentals are quoted from Flag Rental & Sales location. Customer
is responsible for charges to and from the job site. Please call for our
reasonable delivery rates.
Service
All rental equipment is serviced and full of fuel and needs to be
returned in like condition. It is the customer’s responsibility
to follow the manufacturer’s suggested service policy while on
rent. Normal daily and periodic servicing is to include oil, grease, and
filters. All rentals are based on 175-hour months. Excessive hourly usage
will be charged on a prorated basis when equipment is returned.

Safety
Customer is responsible for furnishing
qualified operators to ensure the safe operation of equipment. Customer
is responsible for maintaining safety features in operation during rentals,
i.e. back-up alarms, seat belts, ROPS, canopies, etc. Rental
Termination
Customer is responsible for notifying Flag Rental & Sales of completion
of rental and for scheduling rental pick-up. Customer is responsible for
all rental charges until equipment is returned to the Flag Rental &
Sales location.
Tires
Customer is responsible for flat tires; tire damage, track damage,
and abuse.
